REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

1.0 General Policy

a) Electrical Products (e.g. Nicky Clarke)

UKMY offer a 1-year UK warranty on all our electrical products that we sell in our website. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us at info@ukmy.com.my or via WhatsApp at 011 1692 3889, and attach photos or a video of the fault.

We will prepare a replacement unit and ship it to you within 20-25 working days. Please note that we will arrange for the faulty item to be returned to UKMY HQ office for research purposes, which will be handled by the brand itself. The faulty item will be shipped to the brand’s HQ office in the United Kingdom. The shipping cost for the faulty item to return back to our HQ office will be bear by us.

b) Bags

We do not provide refunds or exchanges for a change of mind, or if you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color. Please refer to the size chart available before making any purchase.

Damaged Items (flaw that affects its quality or functionality, such as a broken strap or zipper, torn material) must be reported within 3 days after the parcel is received and it must be returned within 14 days after the report is made. Shipping cost for this return process will be bear by UKMY team.

UKMY team will take the following actions:

1. We will liaise with the brand to check if the product is available in the UK. If the product is available, we will exchange the damaged item with a new one. Please note that this process may take up to 25-30 days to complete.

2. If you choose not to exchange the item, we will schedule to have the damaged item shipped back to our HQ office. Shipping cost will be bear by our team. We will then issue a refund to you via online banking same with the value of items bought. Please note that this refund process may take up to 15-20 working days to be completed.

Damaged items

i) Stationary (Books / Pens and etc ) – Tears, rips or creases on pages or covers, Water damage or mold, Stains or discoloration on pages or covers, Loose or missing pages, Broken spine or binding, Damage to the dust jacket or cover design, Ink leakage or smudging, Broken or damaged nib (the tip of the pen that writes), Cracks or scratches on the barrel (the main body of the pen), Malfunctioning mechanism, such as a faulty clicker or twist mechanism, Missing or damaged cap (the part of the pen that covers the nib), Dried out ink or inability to write smoothly

ii) Water Bottles – Cracks or punctures on the bottle, Damage to the cap or lid, such as cracks or broken threads, Leaks or spills from the bottle or cap, Odors or unusual tastes, which may indicate damage to the bottle’s lining or material, Discoloration or staining on the bottle’s surface, Inability to keep drinks hot or cold, which may indicate damage to the insulation

iii) Shoes – Scuffs or scratches on the surface of the shoe, Loose or missing stitching, Worn or damaged soles or heels, Discoloration or staining, Fit or sizing issues, such as shoes that are too small or too large, Damage to the shoelaces, such as fraying or breakage

iv) Clothes – Tears or holes in the fabric, Loose or missing buttons or zippers, Stains or discoloration on the fabric, Unusual odors, which may indicate damage or poor quality materials

The damaged items must be reported within 3 days after the parcel is received and it must be returned within 14 days after the report is made. Shipping cost for this return process will be bear by UKMY team.

In the event the product returned is not faulty, we may at our discretion decide not to repair, replace or refund you for the product and/or we may require you to pay all reasonable delivery costs and servicing costs at our current standard fees.

2.0 : Cancellation By Customer (Non-Faulty Product)

2.1 – In the event, the cancellation by customer is due to non- faulty product, only 80% Refund from the amount paid of the product will be paid to the customer. Please be informed that the 80% refund process will take around 15-20 days to be completed.


2.2 – In relation to 2.1, only the cancellation made within 24 hours upon payment made will have right for a full refund. Please be informed that the full refund process will take around 15-20 days to be completed.
